Interviews with Two StarCrazy Lovers

Interviews with Two StarCrazy Lovers

Dear StarCrazy blog readers:

It has been a long time since our last interview with the community members. But this time, we have Tuan from the UK, and MC from Australia joining our interview. They have been supportive to the community offering inspiring thoughts to the devs and hoping to make StarCrazy a better Gamefi project. So Let’s dive in to know more about their stories.

Tuan

My name is Tuan from the UK. I’ve been in the crypto space since 2018. I love challenges in life and love to compete with smart people. I’m a big fan of self defence, I train people in Wing Chun, grappling, etc in my spare time. I am also a business operator as a profession. The key in life is to keep things simple!

1) How did you start to be interested in metaverse and playto2earn games?

It all started when I read some articles on Axie Infinity back in 2020 to 2021. But then I discovered iopay, staking, IoTex airdrip promotion campaign, and Starcrazy back in September/October 2021 on the IoTex Ecosystem. As the entry to play SC was way cheaper than AF, I naturally was more compelled towards SC, the other reason was that as SC was a newer game there weren’t many whales dominating the game at that time, which gave everyone more opportunities to progress fairly.

2) How did you get introduced to StarCrazy?

The IoTex joint airdrip campaign with Starcrazy was how I knew about SC.

3) Can you talk about your strategy in the game?

The main attraction of SC is the fusion mechanism for Starz NFT cards. My strategy is simple, which is to build ultra high-powered Starz NFTs to fight in PvP and PvE tournaments to win prizes. Buy as many planets as possible to generate future income. Dispatch Starz NFTs to the StarMine to mine for GFTs. Invest in the LP Pool to generate GFS tokens for future planet purchases. Stake GFS to generate more GFTs! Generating multi-income streams is key in Starcrazy!

4) What would you recommend for newcomers to the game?

Right now is the best entry into Starcrazy because both GFT and GFS are so much cheaper to purchase due to the current bear market, newcomers can buy N Starz to start their fusion journey! Or simply buy high-quality R, SR, SSR, and UR cards from the free market to immediately stake in the StarMine to generate GFT income and to start competing in PvP and PvE tournaments!

5) Why do you love and support StarCrazy for such a long time?

In Starcrazy we got a great community of players and fusers from all corners of the world. Some are kind, thoughtful, and helpful towards others such as Inano the original fusion master, StarZee one of the top 10 ranked players, Tukasam, MC, Godwin, USA, and many many others, oh let’s not forget CryptoFridge who along with KyleSan hosted the first two fusion workshops for beginners! Also Art Malkov for making his many special appearances to give pointers via feedbacks and advice to the community. Finally, the Dev Team are professional people along with the ambassadors. All these things add great confidence to the Starcrazy brand.

6) What do you think about the future of StarCrazy?

I think Starcrazy will become a Global Play2Earn brand in the future, the dev team has been building non-stop during this bear market. More and more features are being added to the planets currently and more are planned on the 2023 roadmap. The Team is relentless in making progress during the toughest of times in this current bear market, which is a great sign of resilience from the dev team. It just sends a clear message of how determined Starcrazy is, to enter the global stage one day in the near future!

M C

I am from Australia. I enjoy archery during my free time.

1) How did you start to be interested in metaverse and playto2earn games?

I guess NFTs path the way for me, I dabbled in NFTs and ultimately wanted more utility than an art piece and hence got into the metaverse.

2 ) How did you get introduced to StarCrazy?

I bought IoTeX and StarCrazy is the first game that was introduced on the IoTeX platform.

3) Can you talk about your strategy in the game?

My strategy changes as the game evolves. I didn’t go straight for digp at the very start but instead went for the liquidity pool. A week into the game I bought a few high digp NFTs that would give me ROI within 2 months or less, I rarely fuse as I am happy to wait out the ROI time, so as I got to recoup half my ROI, I stacked on more and more till I got a full 9 stack high digp cards that have a decent ROI across 3 accounts. I didn’t fuse the first SSR or UR but I believe I bought the first of them.

Then there were talks of planets and when I know it’s gonna be GFS, I stack on a lot of GFS and sold enough on the auction day to cover my investments and bought 5 planets on that day. I don’t focus on short-term losses. Eventually, it will work out if the time is dragged long enough, it took me almost 2 years to get my ROI back from my initial investment.

4) What would you recommend for newcomers to the game?

Right now, the climate for the game has changed to be fuse-friendly. It’s so cheap to fuse and have some fun. Also, no one actually hogs the auctions for entry-level NFTs, buys them, and put them on the free market.

5) Why do you love and support StarCrazy for such a long time?

I guess it’s more of a love-hate relationship, I love the vision of StarCrazy but I’m also not a fan of how the communication that is passed down can be so confusing at times and delayed.

6) What do you think about the future of StarCrazy?

If it survives this bull market it will probably do very well. But not until the gameplay is much more interactive than what it is now and it needs to appeal to more people with planet visualizations.

In the end, we would like to thank Tuan and M C for taking part in our interview, sharing how they feel about StarCrazy. We truly love every StarCrazy community members who are willing to share their opinions with us.

See You Next Time!
